Meal Plan Friday 30th November 2018

How did it get to the 30th November?? the next week or two are just full of school plays and events and meetings. So I need to be organised at least with the meals.

Friday - Pizza for the boys and myself. Mr MC&W will have a microwavable curry as we have the school disco and that means the two of us driving up and down to school approx 4 times in round 2 hours!!!! They have sweets at the disco and we will be trying to sort Ollie's levels out for the rest of the night.

Saturday - Fajitas for Mr MC&W and I. The boys will have fish, Chips and Peas

Sunday - Slow roast Lamb shanks for lunch with roasts and carrots and green veggies

Monday - Spice Honey Salmon with Couscous with roasted veg. The boys will have omelette's and chips

Wednesday - Shepard's Pie Jackets served with peas for us all

Mint is trying to take over the garden

I  am trying to tidy the garden up. We are a bit tight for money this month and I want to plant lots of bulbs. Instead I am tidying and keeping busy, let's be honest the garden is a weed haven and a total mess so I have a lot to do. Clearing this border however I have made a very important discovery. That mint is trying to take over the world, one border at a time. Two years ago I planted out a very sad and mainly dead supermarket mint plant. Meal Plan Friday 30th September 2022

 The weather is really starting to turn and we are starting to want some more comfort food. Friday - Pizza as the boys have swimming and we do not have much time Saturday - Sticky Chinese chicken Sunday - Pork medallions with apples and roasts monday - Chicken burgers with cheese and pineapple tuesday - tagaltlli in a cheese sauce with mushrooms and ham wednesday - tuna fishcakes served with green veg and tomato sauce thursday - birthday tea for my middle son of pizza and chips with two friends we will have veggie chilli and rice

Meal Plan Friday 11th March 2022

 Spring seems to be slowly springing into action. The garden much to my delight is coming back to life with the bulbs planted in the autumn about to come into flower. Friday - Sweet and Sour Chicken Saturday - Gammon, Egg and Chips Sunday - Toad in the Hole Monday - Fish, New Potatoes and veggies. Fishcakes for the boys. Tuesday - Chicken Curry Wednesday - Quorn Slices with mash and veggies Thursday - Fajita Pie. Wraps for the boys.
