Meal Plan Friday 25th January 2019

Last weeks meal plan went well, we did not have gnocchi but had a take away instead as we both were tired and wanted a treat.

 The weather has been so so cold it has made me want comfort food all week long.

 Friday - Fish, Chips and Peas

 Saturday - Lasagna (thanks Charlie Bighmas) the boys are having spaghetti with ham and veggies

 Sunday - We are going out for lunch or dinner not sure so one meal will be sandwiches and picnic food

 Monday - Sticky Jacket Hot dogs - Boys will have jackets and and beans

 Tuesday - Fish Tacos for us all

 Fish tacos

 Wednesday - Chicken and Mango Creamy Curry for us all

 Creamy chicken and mango curry

 Thursday - Spicy Ratatouille with eggs this is from Gino's healthy Italian cookbook. The boys will have Spaghetti Carbonara.

    Love the look of this week's plan - great to see alternatives for the kids, I'm the same ! Those hot dog jackets are a genius idea !

      I know i have to be honest as we do not eat the same thing and i am sure there are a lot of us in the same situation x

Meal Plan Friday 23rd September 2022

 Wow it has been a while but here we are again with the meal plan. Friday - Treat dinner out with friends Saturday - Cesear Salad as Mr MC&W is back from San Fransisco. Tortellini for the boys. Sunday - Spag Bol for us all Monday - Omelettes and Chips for us all Tuesday - Pasta, chopped tomatoes and bacon Wednesday - Fish, mash and peas Thursday - Cajun rice from a pinch of nom

Meal Plan Friday 11th March 2022

 Spring seems to be slowly springing into action. The garden much to my delight is coming back to life with the bulbs planted in the autumn about to come into flower. Friday - Sweet and Sour Chicken Saturday - Gammon, Egg and Chips Sunday - Toad in the Hole Monday - Fish, New Potatoes and veggies. Fishcakes for the boys. Tuesday - Chicken Curry Wednesday - Quorn Slices with mash and veggies Thursday - Fajita Pie. Wraps for the boys.
