We have made it into February. The days are starting to get a little longer, the bulbs are peeking through giving the hint that spring is edging closer.
We made it through dry January which for us was a real achievement.
Friday - Meatballs and Spasheti
Saturday - Fajitas
Sunday - Roast Gammon
Monday - Pinch of Nom BBQ Pulled Chicken in Rolls. Chicken burgers for the boys.
Tuesday - Pinch of Nom Djon Pork with Mash again from Pinch of Nom. Boys will have pesto pasta.
Wednesday - Pinch of Nom Harissa and Honey Veg bake - this is chicken in the book but I am going to use chickpeas. Quorn bites, mash and peas.
Thursday - Fishcakes and Veggies. These are brought in not homemade.
It does feel like spring is on it's way. I've just read that in 30 something days it will be light until 7pm! Exciting!
