Meal Plan Friday 8th November 2019

Well the fiber increase went pretty well, though the butternut squash and sweet potato soup was not enjoyed. However, the wholemeal pasta was a huge hit as was the change to wholemeal bread and sandwich thins. Lots of little changes have made a big difference.

Friday - Jacket potatoes with omelets filled with cheese

Saturday - Cola Gammon with roast potatoes, carrots, kale and broccoli

Sunday - Chicken Curry - based on this one but coconut milk not double cream

Monday - Harissa Salmon with zesty couscous. Tomato soup with wholemeal toast for the boys.

Tuesday - Pizza and Salad

Wednesday - Spanish meatballs with butter beans. Meatballs with spaghetti for the boys.

Thursday - Tuna slices for the boys. Mr MC&W and I will have goats cheese and Mediterranean slices with salad.

  3. Cola gammon sounds something amazing maybe this is one which I will have to add to the meal plan in the upcoming few weeks. I know it is one which the whole family would enjoy x

 Spring seems to be slowly springing into action. The garden much to my delight is coming back to life with the bulbs planted in the autumn about to come into flower. Friday - Sweet and Sour Chicken Saturday - Gammon, Egg and Chips Sunday - Toad in the Hole Monday - Fish, New Potatoes and veggies. Fishcakes for the boys. Meal Plan 25th February 2022

Here we go with this week's meal plan Friday - Quorn patties, potato waffles, eggs and mushrooms  Saturday - Scampi, Chips and Peas. Fish fingers for the boys. Sunday - Roast Beef and all the trimmings Monday - Chicken Keiv, Mash and peas Tuesday - Savoury Pancakes filled with cheese, ham and mushrooms followed by sweet pancakes. Wednesday - Mackeral, beetroot, salad and mini roasted potatoes with a horseradish dressing. Boys will have tuna pie. Thursday - Sauage and tomato pasta

Meal Plan Friday 30th September 2022

 The weather is really starting to turn and we are starting to want some more comfort food. Friday - Pizza as the boys have swimming and we do not have much time Saturday - Sticky Chinese chicken Sunday - Pork medallions with apples and roasts monday - Chicken burgers with cheese and pineapple tuesday - tagaltlli in a cheese sauce with mushrooms and ham wednesday - tuna fishcakes served with green veg and tomato sauce thursday - birthday tea for my middle son of pizza and chips with two friends we will have veggie chilli and rice
